This new series of short distance courses will support you in becoming the best leader you can be for your team.

Each course consists of the following:

• Length: 4 weeks altogether, 2 hours of work each week

• Format: Input, live class and follow-up task each week

• Assessment: Interview with tutor at the end of the course

• Max group size: 10 DOSes and experiened STs
