Kate's enthusiasm and natural talent led her to EF English First's Shanghai headquarters, where she worked as a Director of Studies for two schools and pursued her Trinity TESOL Diploma simultaneously. Kate was then transferred to EF's teacher recruitment center in Manchester, UK, where she became an examiner for a number of Cambridge ESOL exams and IELTS. After working at The University of Manchester’s School of Languages, Linguistics and Cultures, Kate returned to EF as the Head of Academics for our professional English schools. In her spare time, she is also a tutor for Trinity Diploma in TESOL.
