EF English First has over 50 franchise language schools operating in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Poland, Lithuania, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Ecuador and Chile. Conditions of work vary from school to school, but salaries are generally above the average paid by other private language schools in the area. Salaries are paid in local currency. All TEFL teachers recruited by us are legally employed by the local school, and receive holiday and sickness pay entitlements. EF schools assist teachers in finding accommodation; in some cases the schools provide their own furnished living accommodation free of charge, or it is let to teachers at reasonable rates.
