Working Hours
Contracts for teaching jobs in Russia are for 40-hours per week, including an average 24 hours of teaching. Hours of work will mirror those of similar local schools and will almost certainly involve working in the morning and in the evening and possibly the weekends.

EF English First's commitment to Teacher Development is highlighted by regular Teacher Workshops. These workshops often focus on a series of skills from Teaching Vocabulary to Developing Learner Autonomy. Materials for workshops are developed by the Director of Studies or taken from our Intranet. Attendance at such workshops is mandatory. Occasionally, the Academic Operations Manager from the local support office will lead a workshop on their school visit. |
