EF English First schools are built to a standard design and all have state-of-the-art iLABS (Assisted Computer language learning suites), well-equipped staff rooms, have friendly sales staff and excellent teacher support. Each school has both an Academic Manager and a Centre Manager. The Director of Studies is a TEFL professional who manages and supports the teachers on a day-to-day basis. The Centre Manager is a local business person responsible for the overall running of the school.
EF teachers work with custom-made, up to date materials. EF English First uses the EfektaT System, which combines traditional teacher led classes with online based tutorials. Teacher-led classes are enhanced by on-line tutorials at our innovative language labs (iLABS). Native teachers work on speaking and pronunciation skills in class and also supervise iLAB tutorials.
