Teacher Recruitment Process
EF English First's recruitment team runs an online recruitment center where applicants are encouraged to register their details and their interest in working for EF. Your recruitment process starts when you fill out our simple online application form. In less than ten minutes you could take the steps to changing your life!
Our recruitment process aims to ensure that the right teacher reaches the right place. To that end, our recruitment process is as easy as 1.. 2.. 3..
1. Apply Online -- Fill out our short online application form.
2. Interview -- Once you have completed your online application form, you will be notified of your eligibility for a telephone interview.
3. Offer & Acceptance -- Successful applicants will be presented with a job offer. Upon acceptance of our job offer, we will begin your placement process.
4. Visa Processing -- The visa application process may require certain documentation (degree, TEFL certificate, background check, if applicable). Our dedicated visa processing team will walk you through this process every step of the way.
5. Arrival -- An EF representative will pick you up at the airport and help you to get settled into your life as an EF English teacher.
