Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - In the US, this is the equivalent to a 4 year college degree. In the UK, this is a 3 year degree program.
TEFL qualification - We look for people that have some formal training in teaching English as a second language (ESL)
ESL teaching experience - Experience you gained from your previous ESL teaching jobs may come in handy now as we do require it in certain areas. We will work towards placing you in a suitable location.
