DOS Recruitment Process
It takes a special kind of person to be a Director of Studies. Throughout our recruitment process, we are looking for people with the right blend of academic competence, people management skills and charisma. If you believe you have what it takes, we would love to hear more about you!
Our recruitment process follows that of our teacher recruitment process with a more extensive interview series so that we can get to know you better. The recruitment process for a DoS position consists of four major steps:
Step 1: Apply online for a DoS position and tell us a little about yourself.
Step 2: Interview: Should there be a good match with our candidate profile, a recruiter will contact you to set up a preliminary interview.
Step 3: Follow-up Interview: We will set up a time for you to speak with the regional and national academic leaders and learn more about how we work.
