Who you need to be
EF English First Directors of Studies must have a recognized TESL certificate - a TESL Diploma such as those offered by Trinity or Cambridge may be required for certain regions. All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' full time TESL teaching experience. All positions require dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who are excited by the challenge of managing a group of teachers, overseeing the delivery of all academic programmes and improving a school's profile in the local community. In addition, there are opportunities to take pride in setting up and running a new school. |
