Diploma TESOL
EF English First's Diploma Training is suitable for practising English language teachers or Academic Managers who want to deepen their knowledge of methodology, language awareness, academic management and teacher training and development. As well as the written and practical components, candidates learn about professional development issues and conduct some classroom research.
EF English First's Diploma Training is for teachers with more than 2 years EFL teaching experience and is offered in the following format:
The EF Diploma in TEFL consists of a 26-week online phase covering all the usual aspects of an advanced ELT qualification with additional modules on Academic Management, Teacher Training, Young Learners and Material Writing. Candidates awarded this qualification are fully prepared for all elements of the LTCL Diploma TESOL and deemed eligible for senior teaching, training and management responsibilities in ELT organisations throughout the world.
The LTCL Diploma TESOL is an additional qualification available to graduates of the EF Diploma in TEFL who desire the added value of having their teaching externally assessed by Trinity College London.
EF can help find accommodation near the training centre for the length of the course or practical block.
